Blue Candle Consulting
The Blue Candle symbolizes clearing obstacles and illuminating the way for our clients. The wax seal shows our dedication to originality, customization, and quality.

Blue Candle Consulting was founded in 2013 by Andrew Grosser as a means to consolidate his passion for business logistics strategy, marketing, organization and project management. Since then, Andrew has assisted a number of small businesses on operational logistics and financial tracking. His friends, colleagues, and employers have described Andrew as enthusiastic, diligent, self-motivated, and reliable.

Andrew A. Grosser, MBA

Andrew graduated in October, 2015 with an International MBA from the Krakow University of Economics and St. Gallen University (Joint Program). His thesis topic was A Review & Application of High-Tech Marketing Concepts & Techniques. During his MBA studies, he gained post-graduate knowledge and experience in quality data gathering and analysis (Excel), understanding international business processes, market research & interpreting marketing intelligence, competitive analysis, pricing and developing strategic business, product, & marketing plans.

During his undergraduate degree at Colorado State University, Andrew was able to complete additional technical classes, equivalent to two years of Engineering, due to college credits he had earned in high school participating in the IB program.

Andrew is a fluent native speaker of American English and has knowledge of German and Polish. He has lived in the United States, Canada, Poland and Germany and enjoys establishing relationships with his international clients.
